eti Tariffs or Contracts eti shall, in its tariffs or other contracts for services provided to its end users using services obtained from GTE, provide that in no case shall GTE be liable to eti's end users or any third parties for any indirect, special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, economic loss or lost business or profits, whether foreseeable or not, and regardless of notification by eti of the possibility of such damages and eti shall indemnify and hold GTE harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action and liabilities based on any reason whatsoever from its customers as provided in this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a third-party beneficiary relationship with eti's end users.
