Prior Contracts definition

Prior Contracts means contracts (other than for T3 capacity, as defined in the Dampier to Bunbury Regulations 1998) which were entered into before commencement of the Access Arrangement.

Prior Contracts means collectively the Agreement of Sale, dated as of December 15, 2010, between the Agency and the City, the Agreement of Sale, dated as of May 1, 2013, between the Agency and the City, as amended by a First Amendment to Agreement of Sale, dated as of October 1, 2020, between the Agency and the City, the Intergovernmental Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2017, between the City of Decatur Public Facilities Authority and the City, the Intergovernmental Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2019, between the Agency and the Development Authority of the City of Decatur, and the Agreement of Sale, dated as of October 1, 2020 between the Agency and the City entered into in connection with the Prior Bonds.

Prior Contracts means, collectively, (i) the Intergovernmental Contract, dated as of September 1, 2004, between the Solid Waste Management Authority of Augusta and Augusta, (ii) the Intergovernmental Contract, dated as of December 7, 2010, between the Solid Waste Management Authority of Augusta and Augusta, (iii) the Intergovernmental Contract, dated as of June 1, 2010, between the Agency and Augusta, (iv) the Intergovernmental Services Agreement, dated as of August 1, 2010, between Augusta-Richmond County Coliseum Authority and Augusta, and (v) the Agreement of Sale, dated as of August 1, 2010, between Augusta-Richmond County Coliseum Authority and Augusta.

Prior Contracts means collectively, the Agreement of Sale, dated as of December 15, 2010, between the Seller and the Purchaser, the Original Agreement, the Intergovernmental Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2017, between the Purchaser and the City of Decatur Public Facilities Authority, and the Intergovernmental Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2019, between the Seller and the Development Authority of the City of Decatur, all entered into in connection with the Prior Bonds.

Prior Contracts means all prior employment agreements between Executive and Bromar, whether express or implied, oral or written. Furthermore, if and when this Contract becomes effective, then the October 17, 1996 employment contract between Bromar and Executive will also be deemed a Prior Contract which is superseded by this Contract, regardless of whether that Prior Contract was executed before or after this Contract.

Prior Contracts means, collectively, the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the 2001 Contract and the 2008 Contract.
