The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to give any party, other than you and us, any rights or benefits under this loan agreement unless we transfer our rights and obligations under this loan agreement.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and any legislation amending or replacing the same shall not apply in relation to this Agreement and nothing in this Agreement shall operate to confer on any third party the right to enforce any provision of this Agreement.
