the contracts means the contracts of the business listed in annexure "2" hereto;
the contracts means all those contracts and licences of any nature entered into by the Vendor with agents or distributors under which such agents or distributors sell, sub-license or distribute the Software or any friction measurement equipment;

the contracts means the contracts which are procured under this Agreement under Lots 1 and 2.

All written or oral contracts, agreements, leases and commitments of Seller pertaining exclusively to the Business, including, without limitation, all customer, distribution and manufacturing contracts, Equipment Leases and any and all agreements with CryoLife, and/or Ideas for Medicine, Inc.
