Permanent Part-Time A permanent position less than permanent full-time. A permanent part-time employee will be paid on a fixed partial monthly or hourly salary basis, and all benefits will be calculated on a partial monthly or pay period, pay status basis. All permanent part-time employees whose work hours are regularly scheduled (work hours are based on a predetermined schedule) shall be paid on a fixed partial monthly basis.
Contract Term Adjustment “Contract Term Adjustment” means adjustment only as provided for in the three circumstances described in this Subsection. Under these circumstances, the contract term shall be adjusted in writing to include additional calendar days in one or more Normal Operating Seasons equal to the actual time lost, except as limited by paragraph (b) in this Subsection. To qualify for such adjustment, Purchaser shall give written notice of the lost time not later than 30 days after end of Normal Operating Season in which time was lost and at least 10 days before Termination Date. Contracting Officer shall make prompt written acknowledgment of such notice, indicating concurrence with the number of days in the notice or the number of days Forest Service considers as qualifying for the adjustment. Lost portions of days shall be disregarded in computing time lost. The three circumstances qualifying for a Contract Term Adjustment are:
Supervisory Differential Adjustment 99. The Appointing Officer may adjust the compensation of a supervisory employee whose schedule of compensation is set herein subject to the following conditions:
Part-Time An employee who is employed less than thirty (30) hours per week.
Billing Adjustment Credit To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $99,000.00, plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement. Waivers:
Meter Reading At least once each Billing Period, the Servicer shall obtain usage measurements from the Applicable MDMA for each Consumer; provided, however, that the Servicer may estimate any Consumer’s usage determined in accordance with applicable CPUC Regulations and Servicer Policies and Practices; and, provided, further, that the Servicer may obtain usage measurements from the Applicable ESP for Consumers receiving services from such ESP if the respective ESP Service Agreement so provides.
Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.
Call-Out Time Where an Employee is called out for work, and no work is performed, he shall be paid four (4) hours except in the case of inclement weather, then he shall be paid only two (2) hours:
Wash-Up Time 60.01 Where the Employer determines that due to the nature of the work there is a clear cut need, wash-up time up to a maximum of ten (10) minutes will be permitted before the end of the working day, or immediately following and contiguous to the working day.
