Call Out Time definition

Call Out Time means the time for the Service Provider to comply with the Urgent Instruction and shall commence on and be calculated from the time the Authority gives the Urgent Instruction to the Service Provider till the time the qualified personnel of the Service Provider arrives at the Site where the fault is located and reports to the Authority.
Call Out Time means that period of time that passes from when a joint decision to provide on-site assistance is made by the Parties to when a support engineer arrives at the site of the Customer;
Call Out Time means the point in time when the Telecoms Operations Centre alerts the contractor that a Critical Incident has occurred and that Emergency Repairs are needed;

Examples of Call Out Time in a sentence

  • Call Out Time: Drivers who give up their regular run for an extra trip shall be paid for the regular run at their call out time of two (2) hours if the extra trip is, for any reason cancelled and the driver cannot be notified in time to drive their regular route.

  • Existing: Call Out Time If an Employee does not intend to report for work, such Employee shall be responsible to notify their Employer a minimum of two (2) hours prior to the designated starting time of their shift.
