ESTIMATED COST OF SYSTEM UPGRADE FACILITIES. System Upgrade Facilities Engineering, Design, and construction of modifications and/or additions to the telecommunications and protective relaying at, and/or between, the Jointly Owned Interconnection Station and Gardenville station (including radio network between the stations and the 4-wire analog circuit) Jointly Owned Interconnection Station $483,000 Gardenville Station $554,000 SUF Subtotal $1,037,000 The Interconnection Customer acknowledges and accepts the revised estimate of Upgrade Costs in the amount of $1.037M that are described herein, and provided in detail in the Amended Facilities Study Report – Part 1, dated October 28, 2010, which was conducted by the Connecting Transmission Owner to evaluate modifications to the Small Generating Facility made subsequent to the Interconnection Customer posting $484,500 in security. The Interconnection Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is responsible for the actual costs of System Upgrade Facilities, pursuant to Attachment S of the NYISO OATT, including actual costs that exceed the secured amount of $484,500.
