Establishment of Professional Objectives a. By October 15 of each school year, the teacher shall submit a proposed set of professional objectives together with target dates for completion of those professional objectives during the school year, to his/her designated evaluator. In the case of special education personnel, a copy of the proposed professional objectives may be sent to the Director of Special Education even if he/she is not the designated evaluator.
