ESTABLISHMENT OF DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS. At or before the first staff meeting of the school year, the principal shall discuss and establish routine building duties and responsibilities and assign duties within the reasonable area of teaching and/or extra-curricular and/or school related activities, or as the need arises in the absence of volunteers. Due consideration will be given to the reasonable suggestions offered by the staff.
