Errors in Salary and Special Payments. A. Whenever it is determined that an inadvertent error has been made, which affects a unit member's salary, the Superintendent shall, within five (5) days following such determinations, provide the unit member with a statement of the correction and a proposed resolution. Unit member shall have the right to meet with payroll and human resources representatives to review the resolution.
