Equalization of Duties. Duties assigned over and above the teacher’s normal work schedule shall be equalized among teachers at each building site, taking into account the teaching assignments. When teachers are assigned to more than one school, the principals of the schools involved shall coordinate their scheduling to preclude the assignment of such teachers to more duties than would normally be scheduled for teachers with like teaching loads.
