Equal Rights of Contractor's Employees. Contractor shall comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, with Section V of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and with all applicable requirements of federal and state civil rights and rehabilitation statutes, rules, and regulations. Contractor also shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, including Title II of that Act, ORS 659A.142, and all regulation and administrative rules established pursuant to those laws.

  • Contractor’s Employees and Subcontractors (a) Contractor shall only disclose PII to Contractor’s employees and subcontractors who need to know the PII in order to provide the Services and the disclosure of PII shall be limited to the extent necessary to provide such Services.
