Environmental Indemnity Agreement. Borrower and each Guarantor will be required to execute at closing the Environmental Indemnity and to abide by their obligations thereunder.
Environmental Indemnity Agreement. There shall have occurred any default under the Environmental Indemnity Agreement which remains uncured beyond any applicable grace or cure periods available under the Environmental Indemnity Agreement.
Environmental Indemnity Agreement. The unsecured Environmental Indemnity Agreement made by the Project Company in favor of the Collateral Agent and the Indemnified Parties (as defined therein).
