Common use of Environmental Indemnity Agreement Clause in Contracts

Environmental Indemnity Agreement. An environmental indemnity agreement by the Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Banks whereby the Borrower indemnifies such Persons against any and all environmental matters with respect to the Loan Inventory.
