Entirety of Agreement, Modifications. The making, execution and delivery of this agreement by the LICENSEE has been induced by no representations, statements, warranties, or agreements other than those herein expressed. This agreement embodies the entire understanding of the parties and there are no further or other agreements or understanding, written or oral, in effect between the parties, relating to the subject matter thereof. This instrument may be amended or modified only by an instrument of equal formality signed by the respective parties.
Entirety of Agreement, Modifications. Employee acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement, and the attached Addendum, contain the entire agreement and understanding concerning the subject matter between Employee and the Company, and that they supersede and replace all prior agreements concerning the subject matter of this Agreement, whether written or oral, except for the Non-Competition Agreement referred to in paragraph 7 of this Agreement, which is incorporated by reference. Employee also represents that he has not executed this instrument in reliance on any promise, representation or statement not contained herein. This Agreement may not be modified except by a writing signed by Employee and an authorized representative of the Company.
Entirety of Agreement, Modifications. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement of the Penryn Fire Protection District and NFPD with respect to the subject matter hereof, and no other agreement, statement or promise made by any party, or to any employee, officer or agent of any party, which is not contained in this Agreement, shall be binding or valid.
Entirety of Agreement, Modifications. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to this transaction, superseding all prior negotiations, statements, representations, correspondence, offers, discussions, agreements and understandings relating to this transaction.
