Enrollee Change of MCO. ‌ SNBC-SNP Enrollees may change to a different MCO as allowed by Medicare regulations. Non- SNP Enrollees may change to a different MCO at any time. Enrollment changes with a new MCO will be effective on the first day of the following month, and subject to the enrollment provisions in this section.
