ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. When the work to be performed under this Contract is substantially completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, the Engineer may prepare an Engineer's Certificate of Substantial Completion to be acknowledged and accepted by the Owner and the Contractor. The Certificate may list items to be completed or corrected; and such Certificate shall not relieve the Contractor of his obligation to complete all work, whether listed or not, in accordance with the Contract Documents nor will it preclude any right the Owner may have for recourse in accordance with the Contract Documents.
