Engineering Degree Sample Clauses
Engineering Degree. An employee will be classified at a minimum of Grade 4 of Appendix 1A where that employee:
a) is required to hold a four (4) year Engineering degree issued by a tertiary education institution acceptable to Utilities Management; and
b) is required, as the major proportion of the position, to perform work requiring the exercise of judgement and skill as a c) professional engineer.
Engineering Degree. An Employee will be classified at a minimum of Band 4, Level 1 where that Employee:
(a) is required to hold a four-year engineering degree issued by a tertiary education institution acceptable to the Company; and
(b) is required, as the major proportion of the position, to perform work requiring the exercise of judgement and skill as a professional engineer.
