Common use of Engineering Degree Clause in Contracts

Engineering Degree. An employee will be classified at a minimum of Grade 4 of Appendix 1A where that employee: a) is required to hold a four (4) year Engineering degree issued by a tertiary education institution acceptable to Utilities Management; and b) is required, as the major proportion of the position, to perform work requiring the exercise of judgement and skill as a c) professional engineer.
