Energy Consumption Reduction Efforts. Tenant shall comply with the Building Energy Management System and Utility Metering requirements set forth in the Work Letter. In addition, Landlord may voluntarily cooperate in a reasonable manner with the efforts of governmental agencies and/or utility suppliers in reducing energy or other resource consumption within the Property. Tenant shall not be entitled to terminate this Lease or to any reduction in or abatement of rent by reason of such cooperation. Tenant agrees at all times to cooperate fully with Landlord and to abide by all reasonable rules established by Landlord (i) in order to maximize the efficient operation of the electrical, and HVAC systems and all other energy or other resource consumption systems with the Property and the Project and/or (ii) in order to comply with the recommendations of utility suppliers and governmental agencies regulating the consumption of energy and/or other resources.

  • Marketing Efforts In connection with an underwritten offering, cause its officers to use their commercially reasonable efforts to support the marketing of the Registrable Securities covered by such offering (including participation in “roadshows” or other similar marketing efforts).
