Common use of End of Life Clause in Contracts

End of Life. Vodafone may, on provision of reasonable notice, replace or retire the Equipment .Vodafone may provide the Customer with replacement Equipment which provide equivalent or improved functionality to the extent that alternatives are available, such Equipment refresh being subject to clause 11. Vodafone will not be liable for Customer’s use of Equipment where Customer has not installed updates or followed Vodafone’s reasonable recommendations regarding Equipment (including for any failures), and will not have any maintenance obligations.
