Employment Related. A Teacher who is called to testify before any judicial or administrative tribunal and/or arbitrator, mediation or fact finding proceeding(s) during the normal work day, shall be compensated for the difference between his/her daily teaching rate and pay received for the performance of the obligation. The day(s) of absence shall not be deducted from the Teacher’s Leave allowance.
