Common use of Employment Period Clause in Contracts

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions provisions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date (the "Employment PeriodEMPLOYMENT PERIOD").

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ the Executive in its employExecutive, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in continue to serve the employ of the Company Company, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date thereof (the "Employment Period").

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employemploy or in the employ of its affiliated companies, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to or its affiliated companies, in accordance with the terms and conditions provisions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third [first][second][third] anniversary of such date (the "Employment Period").

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third first anniversary of such date (the "Employment Period").

Employment Period. The Company Corporation hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this AgreementCorporation, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date (the "Employment Period").

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this AgreementCompany, for the period commencing on the Effective Change of Control Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the third anniversary of such date date, or (b) the Executive's Normal Retirement Date (hereinafter the "Employment Period").

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions provisions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date July 6, 2003 (the "Employment PeriodTerm").

Employment Period. The Subject to Section 3, the Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions provisions of this Agreement, for during the period commencing on the date of this Agreement (the "Effective Date Date") and ending on the third fifth anniversary of such date the Effective Date (the "Employment Period").

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions provisions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date March 1, 1998 and ending on the third anniversary of such date thereof (the "Employment Period"), unless this Agreement is earlier terminated pursuant to Section 10 below.

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date thereof (the "Employment Period").
