Common use of Employment by Company Clause in Contracts

Employment by Company. Company, for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, employs Executive for the term of this Agreement to render full time services as Company's Executive Vice President - Operations and in such other capacities as the Board of Directors of Company ("Board") may assign and, in connection therewith, to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with Executive's position and as the Board shall direct. Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office to which Executive has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the Board. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, Executive's expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's undertaking to provide full time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with Executive's rendering of such services.

Employment by Company. Company, The Company for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, employs the Executive for the term of this Agreement to render full full-time services as Company's Executive Sr. Vice President - Operations President, Finance and Controller and in such other capacities as the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and its affiliates may assign and, in connection therewith, to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the Executive's position initial appointment and as the Board shall direct. The Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office offices to which Executive he has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the Company's Board. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, the Executive's expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's his undertaking to provide full full-time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with the Executive's rendering of such services.

Employment by Company. Company, for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, employs Executive for the term of this Agreement to render full time services as Company's Executive Vice President - Operations and Chief Financial Officer and in such other capacities as the Board of Directors of Company ("Board") may assign and, in connection therewith, to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with Executive's position and as the Board shall direct. Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office to which Executive has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the Board. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, Executive's expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's undertaking to provide full time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with Executive's rendering of such services.

Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office to which Executive has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the Board. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, Executive's expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's undertaking to provide full time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with Executive's rendering of such services.

Company, The Company for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, employs the Executive for the term of this Agreement to render full full-time services as Company's Executive Sr. Vice President - Operations President, Human Resources and in such other capacities as the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and its affiliates may assign and, in connection therewith, to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the Executive's position initial appointment and as the Board shall direct. The Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office offices to which Executive she has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the Company's Board. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, the Executive's expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's her undertaking to provide full full-time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with the Executive's rendering of such services.

Employment by Company. Company, for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, employs Executive for the term of this Agreement to render full time services as Company's Executive Vice President - Operations and CEO and in such other capacities as the Board of Directors of Company ("Board") may assign and, in connection therewith, to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with Executive's position initial appointment as Company's President and CEO and as the Board shall reasonably direct. Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office to which Executive has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the Board. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, Executive's expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's undertaking to provide full time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with Executive's rendering of such services.

Employment by Company. Company, The Company for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, employs the Executive for the term of this Agreement to render full full-time services as Company's Executive Vice President - Operations and Chief Information Officer and in such other capacities as the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and its affiliates may assign and, in connection therewith, to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the Executive's position initial appointment and as the Board shall direct. The Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office offices to which Executive she has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the Company's Board. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, the Executive's expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's her undertaking to provide full full-time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with the Executive's rendering of such services.

Company, for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, employs Executive for the term of this Agreement to render full time services as Company's ’s Executive Vice President - Operations and Chief Strategy Officer and in such other capacities as the Board of Directors of Company ("“Board"”) may assign and, in connection therewith, to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with Executive's ’s position and as the Board shall direct. Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office to which Executive has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the Board. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, Executive's ’s expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's ’s undertaking to provide full time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with Executive's ’s rendering of such services.

Employment by Company. Company, for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, Company employs Executive for the term of this Agreement to render full time services as Company's Executive Vice President - Operations President, Sales and Marketing to Parent, Company, and its subsidiaries (“InSight Companies”) and in such other capacities as the Board of Directors of Company Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer ("Board"“CEO”) may assign and, in connection therewith, to report to the CEO and perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with Executive's ’s position and as the Board CEO shall direct. Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office to which Executive has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the BoardCEO. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, Executive's ’s expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's ’s undertaking to provide full time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with Executive's ’s rendering of such services.

Employment by Company. Company, for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, employs Executive for the term of this Agreement to render full time services as Company's President and Chief Executive Vice President - Operations Officer and in such other capacities as the Board of Directors of Company ("Board") may assign and, in connection therewith, to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with Executive's position initial appointment as Company's President and Chief Executive Officer and as the Board shall direct. Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office to which Executive has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the Board. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, Executive's expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's undertaking to provide full time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with Executive's rendering of such services.

Employment by Company. Company, for itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, employs Executive for the term of this Agreement to render full time services as Company's ’s President and Chief Executive Vice President - Operations Officer and in such other capacities as the Board of Directors of Company ("“Board"”) may assign and, in connection therewith, to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with Executive's ’s position and as the Board shall direct. Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office to which Executive has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the Board. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, Executive's ’s expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's ’s undertaking to provide full time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with Executive's ’s rendering of such services.

Executive agrees to perform such duties as are reasonably consistent with the duties normally pertaining to the office to which Executive has been elected or appointed, subject always to the direction of the Board. Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, Executive's ’s expenditure of reasonable amounts of time for personal business, charitable or professional activities will not be deemed a breach of Executive's ’s undertaking to provide full time services hereunder, provided that such activities do not interfere materially with Executive's ’s rendering of such services.
