Common use of EMPLOYMENT ANNIVERSARY DATE Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYMENT ANNIVERSARY DATE. The date on which an employee was initially hired by the San Mateo County Community College District and upon which an employee's long service increments are based. For persons employed during the first sixteen (16) days of the month, the anniversary date is the first of that month. If employed after the sixteenth of the month, the anniversary date is the first of the following month.
