Common use of Employer’s Right to Promulgate Clause in Contracts

Employer’s Right to Promulgate. The union recognizes that the Employer, in order to carry out its statutory mandates and goals, has the right to promulgate reasonable work rules consistent with the Employer’s statutory authority to regulate the conduct of the Employer’s operations, services, programs, and business. Work rules shall not be applied in violation of the express terms of this Agreement.
