Employer's Approval. Schválení zaměstnavatele Health Service Provider acknowledges that PI may need to participate in investigator meetings regarding this Trial. Health Service Provider shall decide upon an employer’s approval for such investigator meeting within no longer than two (2) weeks. Poskytovatel zdravotních služeb bere na vědomí, že hlavní zkoušející se musí účastnit na schůzkách zkoušejícího ohledně tohoto klinického hodnocení. Poskytovatel zdravotních služeb se musí rozhodnout po přijetí schválení zaměstnavatele pro tuto schůzku se zkoušejícím během nejdéle dvou (2) týdnů.

  • Board Approval No reimbursement shall be paid to the Investment Adviser pursuant to this provision in any fiscal year, unless the Trust's Board of Trustees has determined that the payment of such reimbursement is appropriate in light of the terms of this Agreement.
