EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATING DATES A) This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2012 – March 31, 2014 and shall remain in force and be binding upon the parties until and thereafter until a new Agreement has been ratified.
Deemed Termination A full-time or regular part-time nurse shall lose all service and seniority and shall be deemed to have terminated if the nurse:
NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE FEDERAL EARNED INCOME CREDIT The Contractor shall notify its employees, and shall require each subcontractor to notify its employees, that they may be eligible for the Federal Earned Income Credit under the federal income tax laws. Such notice shall be provided in accordance with the requirements set forth in Internal Revenue Service Notice No. 1015.
Term/Effective Date This Agreement is effective upon the Effective Date and will expire on the 30th day of June, 2023, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
Effective Date and Termination Date This Contract becomes effective on the Contract Start Date or the date on which the Contract is fully executed by both parties, whichever is later. No party shall perform work under this Contract before the effective date. An email notification with a copy of the fully executed contract will be sent to the Contractor email listed above upon execution. Unless earlier terminated as provided below, this Contract shall continue through the Contract End Date. Term Termination and Suspension 18.1 This Agreement shall be effective from the Effective Date for the Term. The Service shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue until the Completion Date, whereupon this Agreement shall expire unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms.
EFFECTIVE DATE, TERMINATION, AND RENEWAL 17.1 This Agreement shall become effective on the first day of May, AD., 2019, and shall continue in full force and effect until the thirtieth (30th) day of April, AD., 2022 and thereafter from year to year unless terminated upon written notice of either party within one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to any anniversary of the terminal date.
Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.
Term and Effective Date The initial term of this Contract will begin June 20, 2020, or on the date the Contract is fully signed by all Parties, whichever is later, and will expire December 1, 2023, consistent with the Master Agreement, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Exhibit B, Special Contract Conditions (Florida).
Contract Effective Date This agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the agreement fully executed.
