Employees of Washington State Ferry System. retired under the provisions of the Employee's Retirement System and sixty-two (62) years of age or over, or totally disabled, will be granted annual passenger pass privileges for themselves, for the employee's spouse, and for the employee's dependents under eighteen (18) years of age, and the retired employee's auto. Use of car passes during peak periods will be cause for cancellation of the car pass privilege. No car passes are to be used June 15 to September 10 on the Xxxxxx route.
