Employees Necessary to Require Reasonable Suspicion Testing. Wherever practicable, the concurrence of two (2) supervisors is necessary to require reasonable suspicion testing of an employee. If the test results are negative, the agency Labor/ Management Committee may review to determine if the supervisors acted in good faith.
