EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND LICENSES. 29.8.1 All of the Contractor’s employees shall be qualified and appropriately trained for the tasks assigned to them. The Contractor shall provide refresher courses and additional training to its employees, as needed, to ensure compliance with the requirements of this Agreement and all Applicable Laws.
