EMPLOYEE STATUS WHILE ON LEAVE. FMLA leave does not constitute a break in service for purposes of longevity and/or seniority. Seniority shall not be earned for any period of time on unpaid leave. Employees returning from leave shall return with no less seniority for purposes of layoff, recall, vacation accrual or other seniority.
