Common use of Employee Premium Clause in Contracts

Employee Premium. The employee shall contribute 0.8% of the base annual salary established by the salary schedule in effect on July 1st of that year, on a 10-month basis. The balance will be paid by the District.

Employee Premium. The employee shall contribute 0.82 of 1% (0.5%) of the base annual salary established by the salary schedule in effect on July 1st of that year, on a 10-month basis. The balance will be paid by the District.
