Employee Leaving During the Notice Period. An Employee whose employment is terminated due to redundancy may terminate their employment during the notice period, and if so, shall be entitled to the same severance payments as outlined in clause 3.9.1. In such circumstances the Employee shall not be entitled to payment in lieu of notice.
