Employee Assistance Plan. The Board agrees to provide an employee assistance program, as well as a health promotion and wellness program with that information incorporated in the teachers’ handbook, which will include services, locations and phone numbers. Selection of the program will include extensive review by the Association with final approval by the Board. Both components, the employee assistance program and the health promotion and wellness program will be provided at Board expense.
