Employee Assessments. Where the Employer makes a written assessment of an employee’s work performance, the employee shall be entitled to receive a copy. The employee shall sign the assessment indicating only that they acknowledge receipt of same. The employee may respond in writing to the assessment within ten (10) working days and such response shall become part of their record.
