Common use of Emergency Suspension Clause in Contracts

Emergency Suspension. A. Emergency situations can occur involving the health and welfare of students or employees. If the employee’s presence presents a clear and present danger to the life, safety, or health of any student or employee or themselves as determined by the District, the District may immediately suspend or relieve from duty the employee for three (3) days.
