About This Agreement Our entire contract with you consists of this agreement and our contract with your employer. School Responsibilities 1. The School shall have the total responsibility for planning and determining the adequacy of the educational experience of students in theoretical background, basic skill, professional ethics, attitude and behavior, and will assign to the Facility only those students who have satisfactorily completed the prerequisite didactic portion of the School’s curriculum.

Emergency Services Leave 6.17.1 Subject to operational requirements, paid leave of absence shall be granted by the Employer to an Employee who is an active volunteer member of State Emergency Service, St Xxxx Ambulance Brigade, Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service, Xxxx Fire Brigades, Volunteer Marine Rescue Services Groups or FESA Units, in order to allow for attendances at emergencies as declared by the recognised authority.
Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors.
