Transition Services at Termination. During the last six (6) months of the Term, Manager shall cooperate and assist in transitioning the Property, and the leasing, maintenance and operation thereof, to a new property manager or other party or parties designated by City (“New Manager”). Manager shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to provide or cause to be provided to the New Manager any services reasonably requested by City or New Manager in connection with such transition; provided, however, Manager shall not be required to incur any out- of-pocket costs or liability related to such efforts.
