Elimination of Route. When an Employee’s AM/PM route is eliminated or when a driver/aide is displaced the affected driver/aide may bid an open route a standby with less seniority or displace the least senior Employee AM/PM route in addition to any less senior employee midday not to exceed forty hours per week. Or any standby with less seniority. Employees owning a mid-day may displace a less senior employee whose route will accommodate their midday without exceeding forty hours within the week. If there are no open routes or position available, the reduction in force (RIF) procedure will be implemented. A bidding situation will not occur when activity/behavior/late/sick route deletions occur.

Elimination of Route. If a driving assignment is eliminated, the employee whose driving assignment is eliminated shall retain his/her seniority according to the Union Seniority List and shall have the right to the comparable driving assignment held by the person with the least seniority. A comparable driving assignment is defined as a driving assignment less than or equal to the same number of hours as the driving assignment that was eliminated. A second seniority list shall contain those individuals driving Pre-K/ Kindergarten routes. If a Pre-K/ Kindergarten route is eliminated, those individuals on the Pre-K/ Kindergarten seniority list shall be released as per their Pre-K/ Kindergarten driving experience as reflected on the Pre-K/ Kindergarten seniority list.

Upon termination of the Service Agreement between the Provider and LEA, Provider shall conduct a final review of Student Data within 60 calendar days. If the LEA receives a request from a parent, as that term is defined in 105 ILCS 10/2(g), that Student Data being held by the Provider be deleted, the LEA shall determine whether the requested deletion would violate State and/or federal records laws. In the event such deletion would not violate State or federal records laws, the LEA shall forward the request for deletion to the Provider. The Provider shall comply with the request and delete the Student Data within a reasonable time period after receiving the request. Any provision of Student Data to the LEA from the Provider shall be transmitted in a format readable by the LEA.
