Eligible Costs for Custom Projects. (a) The below-listed costs may be “Eligible Costs”, provided they are reasonable, and incurred directly in connection with the Eligible Project. The costs must be actually incurred and payable, in the case of the Energy Efficient Case, or supported by bona fide third party estimates in the Base Case.

  • Eligible Costs II.14.1 Eligible costs of the action are costs actually incurred by a beneficiary, which meet the following criteria: – they are incurred during the duration of the action as specified in Article I.2.2 of the agreement, with the exception of costs relating to final reports and certificates on the action’s financial statements and underlying accounts; – they are connected with the subject of the agreement and they are indicated in the estimated overall budget of the action; – they are necessary for the implementation of the action which is the subject of the grant; – they are identifiable and verifiable, in particular being recorded in the accounting records of a beneficiary and determined according to the applicable accounting standards of the country where the beneficiary is established and according to the usual cost-accounting practices of the beneficiary; – they comply with the requirements of applicable tax and social legislation; – they are reasonable, justified, and comply with the requirements of sound financial management, in particular regarding economy and efficiency. The beneficiaries’ accounting and internal auditing procedures must permit direct reconciliation of the costs and revenue declared in respect of the action with the corresponding accounting statements and supporting documents.

  • ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES 13 In addition to providing the services described in Paragraph 5 of this 14 Exhibit A, CONTRACTOR agrees to:

If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work as defined in Section 6.1.1 plus the Construction Manager’s Fee.

  • Reimbursable Costs 5.3.1. To be considered eligible for reimbursement, costs have to be: • actually incurred, individually identifiable and verifiable, as backed by copies of supporting evidence, as the case may be in the Contractor’s official bookkeeping; this means that no lump sums will be eligible for reimbursement; • necessary in order to perform the tasks as specified in the Terms of Reference (Annex 2); and • cost effective and providing value for money

  • Construction Cost Budget The total cost to District of all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect, as adjusted during and at the end of the design phase in accordance with this Agreement and the Agreement for Architectural Services. The Construction Cost Budget does not include the compensation of the Project Design Team, the Program Manager (if any), the Construction Manager and any subconsultants, the cost of the land, rights-of-way, or financing which are the responsibility of the District.

  • Project Costs Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall disclose to the Department all of the Project Costs which the Company seeks to include for purposes of determining the limitation of the amount of the Credit pursuant to Section 5-30 of the Act and provide to the Department a Schedule of Project Costs in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit C.
