Eligible Construction and Demolition Debris. FEMA Publication FP- 000-000-0 defines eligible construction and demolition (C&D) debris as damaged components of buildings and structure such as lumber and wood, gypsum wallboard, glass, metal, roofing material, tile, carpeting and floor covering, window coverings, plastic pipe, concrete, fully cured asphalt, heating , ventilation and air conditioning systems and their component, light fixtures, small consumer appliances, equipment, furnishings and fixtures that are a result of a disaster event. (Note: This definition of C&D is for disaster recovery purposes and is not the same definition commonly used in other solid waste documents, such as FDEP Chapter 62-701.)   • Contract Construction 6.27.1 The parties acknowledge that each party and its counsel have reviewed this CONTRACT and that the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this CONTRACT or any amendment or exhibits hereto.

  • DAF Construction The DAF shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Developer shall deliver to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO “as- built” drawings, information and documents for the DAF, such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Large Generating Facility and the DAF, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the DAF, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Developer’s step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Large Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the DAF, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Large Generating Facility. The Developer shall provide to, and coordinate with, Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO with respect to proposed specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Large Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable.

  • Project Construction The Contractor agrees to provide continuous on-site supervision on each Job Order, while progress on the project is being accomplished. The Contractor’s Project Manager will ensure:

  • ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act.

  • Agreement Construction Headings or captions to the provisions of this Agreement are solely for the convenience of the parties, are not part of this Agreement, and shall not be used to interpret or determine the validity of this Agreement. Any ambiguity in this Agreement shall not be construed against the drafter, but rather the terms and provisions hereof shall be given their reasonable interpretation.

  • Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by June 30, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).
