Eligibility Plan Participation. ‌ All full-time and part-time bargaining unit employees are eligible for the Deferred Compensation Plan after the first six continuous months of the probationary period. The Plan allows regular full-time employees who have completed their probationary period an opportunity to enroll in the plan at any time. Effective January 1, 2006 the County shall not match any deferred compensation contribution of employees.
