Common use of Eligibility Plan Participation Clause in Contracts

Eligibility Plan Participation. All full-time bargaining unit employees are eligible for the Deferred Compensation. The plan allows regular full-time employees an opportunity to enroll in the plan at any time. Effective April 1, 2006 the County shall not match any deferred compensation contribution of employees.
