Elementary Workload. The District will make one of its high priorities the reduction of the District student/teacher ratio. In keeping with this priority, the District will staff at or below the following projected staffing ratios in the spring and summer when determining initial fall staffing for each school. Teachers will not be required to track overload pay; it will be the responsibility of the district to track overload pay.
