Common use of Electronic Surveillance Clause in Contracts

Electronic Surveillance. Electronic surveillance equipment such as closed circuit television or camera equipment or otherwise shall not be used by the Employer for surveillance of Employees while at work and such equipment shall not be installed in the Employees' lunch rooms or rest areas.
