Common use of Electronic PHI Clause in Contracts

Electronic PHI. “Electronic “PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “Protected Health Information” in 45 CFR §160.103, limited to the information received from FCC or created, received, maintained or transmitted by Business Associate on behalf of FCC in FCC’s capacity as a Covered Entity or as a business associate of a Covered Entity.

Electronic PHI. “Electronic “PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “Protected Health Informationelectronic protected health information” in at 45 CFR §C.F.R. § 160.103, limited to the information created or received by Vendor from FCC or created, received, maintained or transmitted by Business Associate on behalf of FCC in FCC’s capacity as a Covered Entity or as a business associate of a Covered EntityCLIENT.
