Electric Facilities Clause Samples

The "Electric Facilities" clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of electrical infrastructure within the scope of an agreement. Electric Facilities. 2.1 A license to use the City’s Electric Facilities shall not be granted by franchise. The grant of a License for use the City’s Electric Facilities shall be governed by this Agreement and the specifications, construction guidelines, insurance and bonding requirements, permits, policies, rules and regulations established by the Power Department governing use of the City’s Electric Facilities. The grant of a franchise by the City is not, and shall not be construed to be a License or authorization to use the Electric Facilities without additional compliance by the franchisee with the provisions of this Agreement. 2.2 Licensee shall submit detailed plans for the Power Department’s review identifying all Attachments requested by Licensee in a format specified by the Department. The License granted herein shall not be effective until Power Department’s review and approval of Licensee’s plans. 2.3 The Power Department shall control, operate, and maintain the City’s Electric Facilities and shall administer this Agreement. The Power Department shall develop standardized non-discriminatory specifications, construction guidelines, insurance and bonding requirements, permits, policies, rules and regulations to implement, administer and enforce this Agreement. In addition to the provisions of this Agreement, these specifications, construction guidelines, insurance and bonding requirements, permits, policies, rules and regulations shall form the terms and conditions on which a License is granted to a Licensee and may be included as part of the License or incorporated into the License by reference. 2.4 The safe and reliable transmission and distribution of electricity to the Power Department's customers shall have priority over all other competing uses of Electric Facilities and any License or permit granted to a Licensee shall be subject to this priority.
Electric Facilities. Electric transmission and distribution towers, poles, lines, guys, anchors, conduits, fixtures, and necessary appurtenances owned or operated by Company for the purpose of providing electric energy for public use.
Electric Facilities. A temporary 200 AMP, single phase 120/240 volt overhead electric service will be installed from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road to the construction trailers on the NS Parcel, to be used during construction only; and
Electric Facilities. A temporary 200 AMP, single phase 120/240 volt overhead electric service will be installed prior to May 15, 2011 by the City, at its sole cost and expense, from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road to the construction trailers on the NS Parcel, to be used during construction only. NS will pay for electric energy used during construction of the NS Improvements. Permanent electric facilities consisting of a 15 KV jacketed 750 MCM copper conductor will be installed by the City at its sole cost and expense from the existing Rochelle Municipal Utilities electric power distribution line on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road to a 600 AMP fused disconnect switch on the NS Parcel. From such disconnect switch, two (2) runs of 15 KV jacketed 4/0 copper conductors will be installed by the City at its sole cost and expense to two (2) 3,000 KVA transformers (which transformers shall be provided by the City at no cost or rental or use charge to NS) that will be located on the north side of the NS manufacturing building on the NS Parcel. Prior to March 31, 2014, the City shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide looped electric energy service to the manufacturing building on the NS Parcel, by constructing an additional 15 KV jacketed 750 MCM copper conductor from the 600 AMP fused disconnect switch identified above, to a separate electric power distribution line. All of the foregoing shall constitute the "Electric Facilities".
Electric Facilities. Landlord shall, not later than the substantial completion of Tenant’s Initial Improvements with respect to the First Portion of the 12th Floor Space and the Second Portion of the 12th Floor Space, respectively, install or cause to be installed in the Premises such electrical risers, feeders and wiring as are necessary to permit Tenant to receive 1000 Kilowatts, on a continuous basis (the “Permitted Capacity”) in the Premises for Tenant’s reasonable use of normal office equipment and such lighting, electrical appliances and other machines and equipment as Landlord may reasonably permit to be installed in the Premises, subject, however, to the limitations set forth in Section 5.03. Landlord shall also furnish, at Landlord’s cost and expense, all necessary sub-meters and related connections for the Premises.

Related to Electric Facilities

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Facilities Keep all properties useful or necessary to Borrower's business in good repair and condition, and from time to time make necessary repairs, renewals and replacements thereto so that such properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained.

  • Banking Facilities Section 3.6(f) of the Company Disclosure Schedule sets forth an accurate and complete list of (i) each bank, savings and loan or similar financial institution with which the Company has an account or safety deposit box or other similar arrangement, and any numbers or other identifying codes of such accounts, safety deposit boxes or such other arrangements maintained by the Company thereat, and (ii) the names of all Persons authorized to draw on any such account or to have access to any such safety deposit box facility or such other arrangement.
