Election, Term of Office and Qualification. Following each election of Governors, the Governors shall elect Managers who shall hold office until the next election of Managers or until their successors are elected or appointed and qualify; provided, however, that any Manager may be removed with or without cause by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Governors (without prejudice, however, to any contract rights of such Manager).
