Common use of Efficient Use of Resources Clause in Contracts

Efficient Use of Resources. Service Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts (i) to efficiently and cost effectively administer, manage, operate and use the resources employed by Service Provider to provide and perform the Support Services under this Agreement, (ii) to efficiently and cost effectively administer, manage and interface with any third party providers providing services and products related to this Agreement, and (iii) to enhance the Systems as is reasonably necessary to maintain functionality and performance capabilities (including compatibility, configuration, scalability and integration capabilities) during the Term.
