Project Management and Administration. 1. The Engineer shall be responsible for direct and coordinate all activities associated with the project to comply with State policies and procedures, and to deliver that work on time.
Project Management and Administration. The purpose of this task is to perform project management and administrative functions for the support of the Project. This includes project budget and schedule management, sub-consultant oversight, project invoicing, coordination with City personnel, and the development and maintenance of financial, project control, document control, and Project closeout systems and procedures. The following services are included in this task: • Prepare monthly invoices • Prepare monthly progress reports • Prepare and administer subconsultant contracts • Maintain project files and documentation Assumptions: • Management resources are provided for a 21 month period (March 2017 to December 2018).

Provide project management services necessary throughout the project to successfully manage and complete the work, including project correspondence and consultation with Client; supervision and coordination of engineering services; scheduling and assignment of engineering resources; continuous monitoring of work progress; and maintenance of project controls.

American Rivers will take the lead in fiscal management and reporting, developing and managing subcontracts, convening Project team meetings, developing and disseminating Project information, and coordinating with DWR. American Rivers will also report on Project performance.
